PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF ANY PURCHASE ORDER FOR THIS QUOTATION, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING ACCU-TECH AUTOMATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH SHALL SUPERSEDE ANY/ALL CONDITIONS UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO, IN WRITING, BY ACCU-TECH AUTOMATION (ATA).

All prices contained in the quote are for immediate acceptance and are subject to change without notice 60 days after quote date.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 2% shall be charged to the purchaser if the order for an ATA product is canceled after ATA has received a written, or verbal, purchase order number but prior to beginning work. If the purchase order is canceled after work has begun, the purchaser shall be obligated to pay for any and all costs incurred by ATA and/or a percent of quoted price versus the completion of the machine.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sample parts for development and machine operations are to be shipped to ATA freight prepaid. All ATA equipment shall be shipped out freight collect. ATA reserves the right to invoice purchaser for freight charges paid by ATA.

Additional Charges

Additional charges shall be made for any special noise reduction guarding or other safety devices required by O.S.H.A., unions, etc. unless otherwise stated in the quote. Purchaser's sample parts must be to print or an additional charge will be made for alterations to ATA equipment being built.

Payment Terms

The first payment of 1/3 shall be due upon receipt of a purchase order by ATA. The second payment of 1/3 shall be due before shipping of special order machine item(s) to purchaser. The final payment of 1/3 shall be due 30 days from date of delivery to purchaser. Terms on replacement parts are Net 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the quote. There shall be a 1 1/2% per month service charge on all past due balances. If any change in parts or specifications necessitates a change in design or function after issuance of purchaser's original purchase order, ATA reserves the right to make additional charges. Failure to meet these terms shall void all service and warranty guarantees until payment in full is received by ATA. Title to the equipment shall remain with ATA until payment in full has been received.

Service Calls

All service calls to the purchaser's plant, other than warranty calls, shall be billed on a time and expense basis.

Work Stations and Complete Systems

In addition to the above terms, the following information applies to Work Stations and Complete Systems.

APPROVALS: All automated machine design plans shall be approved and signed by purchaser prior to starting construction. Approval of automated machine(s) shall be signed by purchaser after a mutually agreed upon quantity of parts have been run, on the ATA floor, in the presence of the purchaser. The purchaser shall sign final approval and release at the time of an acceptable run in the purchaser's plant.

INSTALLATION: Quoted prices on special machines do not include installation. If installation is required/desired, purchaser shall contact ATA with requirements.
