design for in-line parts feeders eliminates the need for the normally
massive base required to sufficiently move the parts down the track.
this radically new design can dramatically increase line productivity
because it eliminates the "bouncing" problem normally associated with
multiple feeders operating close together or discharging in the same
vicinity.
previously, the vibrations from
adjacent multiple units transmitted between components and interfered with
the operation of those components. the excessive vibrations also disrupted
the electronic components that start and stop the hoppers and conveyors

also caused noise that was disruptive to nearby operators. our new design
eliminates these problems, as well as the problem of supporting tables
moving as a result of overwhelming electromagnetic vibration.
in the past, to prevent the supporting table from traveling across the floor during
operation, these tables were usually constructed of heavy steel. when
heavy tables were combined with a heavy drive base, the systems
tended to be enormous in size and weight &38211; adding to the financial investment and making them
cumbersome to install and uninstall.
to solve this problem, our new electromagnetic vibrator system
significantly reduces the "bounce" – enabling a lighter, less-costly
supporting table.
