Vibratory Feeder: T-Bolt Feeder for Parts Without a Shoulder for Hanging
Delivers Expected Rate of 200+ ppm
The T-BOLT offered the challenge of presenting a part without a shoulder for hanging to the customer's thread roller. By supporting the shank, we could deliver the expected rate of 200+ ppm in a feeder with a 30" inside diameter, 48" outside diameter. The T-Bolts measured 12 mm x 80 mm and 12 mm x 55 mm.
